Unlockable Rewards & Seasonal Collectables

Treasures, a collections feature in Big Fish Casino and Jackpot Magic Slots, launched in 2019 to boost player retention and monetization. By integrating with existing social systems, it let players showcase winnings, track progress, and stay engaged with the community. In its first year, Treasures increased playtime, improved retention, and delivered a 33% lift in revenue.

As the lead visual designer, I developed Treasures' style guide, brand identity, fonts packages, and marketing materials. Working closely with the UI/UX team, I also designed interface assets and production templates that brought visual consistency to the diverse content and collectables being created each season.

My Role in Season One

For Season One (Wonders of the Deep), I elevated the player experience by integrating the undersea narrative into game graphics, branding, UI, and marketing materials.

Onboarding & Monetization

When Wonders of the Deep launched, I created a step-by-step onboarding campaign to enhance player engagement with Treasures and reinforce our comprehensive live ops strategy.

Step-By-Step Player Onboarding Asset

The introduction of onboarding guides, supported through email, social, and in-game FTUE popups, boosted player engagement by 28%.

Engagement Promotion

Personalized Offer

With engagement trending upward, our live-ops offers saw significant double-digit growth in monetization, which persisted throughout the entire first season of Treasures.

My Role in Season Two

Building on the UI layout and production templates from Season One, my focus in Season Two (Tropical Escape) was to ensure the templates worked effectively while creating a fresh tropical experience in the world of Treasures.
